The bouquet itself is beautiful and SOMEHOW survived the shipping, considering there was barely any packing material in the box and nothing holding the bouquet in place. I had to wait 19 DAYS (which they said was policy for bouquets needing "assembly" and in the FAQ, which it isn't) just for it to ship (the label to be printed), then a full week for it to actually be shipped out, and then they shipped it via USPS instead of FedEx/UPS which is what I paid for (they did refund me the shipping cost). I had previously ordered from Forever Floral and loved my experience; the bouquet was carefully packed, and it shipped in no time at all. Now that they're going by Sola, the experience is terrible and I won't be buying from them again.
